I got into weddings way back in the fall of 2014, through a friend of a friend, where I became an assistant wedding planner and then a venue manager. I eventually found my home as an event planner with Something to Celebrate where I get to help couples by bringing a calm to the storm of wedding planning by having clear plans and establishing a trusted relationship with my clients. It’s all in the details, and I get to make sure every detail is covered and clear, leaving no surprises to the wedding day.

I love seeing the love. When two people come together, having found their person, I love being a witness to that. I recognize that the details of the celebration are what makes it a unique experience for the families and guests. I could have been a teacher or a therapist, but I feel like I get to help people at all kinds of levels as I help guide them to the celebration that culminates in their perfect day. I work together with your vendor team toward the common goal of making sure that everyone enjoys the celebration. And I’d love to help you, too!
